Patritti is one of the few Australian wine companies to exercise actual control over the production process from the vineyard, through pressing and blending, to bottling and distribution. A classic McLaren Vale Shiraz.   The color is deep brick red. Aromas of plum, raspberry and a hint of toasted oak. The palate is intense and has a rich tannin structure.

This is a light, fresh, aromatic Riesling from a single vineyard in the Eden Valley.

The Adelaide Hills wine region is renowned for producing some of Australia's most exciting cool climate wines. With an average altitude of about 600 meters, the climate is significantly cooler than that of neighboring areas. The cool, dry summer and fall ripening periods produce balanced fruit flavors and natural acidity.

McLaren Vale has a reputation for producing high-quality Shiraz and Grenache, as well as some alternative varieties from Italy and Spain. Reaching an altitude of up to 350 meters in the Sellicks foothills, these vineyards are influenced by cooler ravine winds, making them ideal for white wines and cool-climate varieties.

CABERNET SAUVIGNON is a full-bodied wine with a ruby-purple wine hue. It's full-bodied and full-bodied, with a hint of oak. Drink it and it will fill your throat.
  A fresh aroma rises on the tip of the nose and a strong taste. The main flavor is black grape mixed with black cherry, pepper and olives.

Deep brick red with bright ruby ​​tones. Aromas of blue fruits raspberry, plum and cherry are complemented by spice and vanillin from American oak.   The wine is full-bodied and round; flavors include plum, raspberry and ripe cherry.

Trincadeira originates from northern Portugal. Synonyms are ''Black Alicante'', ''Black Portuguese'' and ''Tinta Amarela'' and is one of the first varieties grown in South Australia.

Originating in Georgia, Saperavi is the dominant red grape variety there, with a history of viticulture and winemaking dating back some 6,000 years. In the late 1990s, Patritti hired a Georgian winemaker. After returning home, he brought a bottle of Saperavi to the winery.

Penfolds St Henri Shiraz 2017 is a red wine produced by the Penfolds Winery in South Australia. It is a blend of Shiraz grapes sourced from different vineyards across the region.
