Please read the following terms of use and disclaimer carefully before using this website ("site").
This Agreement (the "Agreement") is an agreement between you and Infinite Wines & Spirits Sdn Bhd (1214894-V) (also known as "Infinitewineshop") that states the terms and conditions under which you may use the Site and receive service from Infinitewineshop, which includes processing and delivery of product orders. Your use of the Infinitewineshop Service and the Site constitutes your agreement to the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not agree with all of the terms and conditions, do not use the Site or the Infinitewineshop Service.


Orders

a. We recommend you carefully preview any proposed Orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your Order.

b. Once an Order has been accepted by Infinitewineshop, no cancellation of that Order is valid unless you receive our written communication permitting the cancelled Order.

c. Representations of goods or services for sale made by Infinitewineshop via the website do not constitute an offer to sell but an invitation to treat.

d. You and Wine Connection may enter into a contract for the sale and supply of goods or services by you making an offer via the website to purchase goods at the price advertised on the website by:

• Placing an electronic Order for the goods or services using the website.
• You confirm the Order details in accordance with the procedure on the website.
• You making payment in full (plus any applicable delivery and handling charges) on the website.
• The acceptance of that offer by Infinitewineshop


Payment

a. All payments must be made in full prior to delivery, including any applicable delivery or handling charges.

b. All cash on receipt payments must be made in full when receiving parcel (NO cheque accepted), including any applicable delivery or handling charges.

c. Payments must be made via the Public Bank secure payment gateway facilities accessible via the website and will be subject to any additional terms and conditions of these providers.

d. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wine Connection and its related entities will not be responsible for any damages or consequential losses of any kind (whether direct or indirect) suffered by a user where a credit/debit card, PayPal account, or other payment method is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorized or improper manner.

e. If there is a problem with your payment (for example, if your credit card transaction is declined), we may contact you to make alternative payment arrangements. You will be liable for all debt collection costs where you fail to make payment for any order when payment is due.


Refund

a. In no event will Infinitewineshop may have failed to deliver your order or you wished to cancel your order before the shipping is done, you will be untitled to a full refund.

b. Send us an email at inquiry@infinitewineshop.com.my or call us at +603-3319 1131/ +6010 9823699 (Whatsapp/Wechat) to inform us of your request. Upon approval of your request, we will process a refund – either directly to your credit card, or into your bank account if you used online banking. For the latter, the bank will require from you: Full name, ID number, account number and bank name.

Notice: Infinitewineshop reserves the right to refuse a refund request due to unreasonable grounds provided (by the customer) to claim a refund.

* Product image: While we always try to have the most updated label uploaded on the website, sometimes we may receive new and different ones and not manage to upload them on time. So the images uploaded on the website are not contractual if you want to make sure the current one we have, you can email or Whatsapp us directly.

* Vintage: Vintage is only contractual if it is recorded on the wine name itself (ex: Chateau Pouget - Margaux 2010). While we always try to maintain the correct one on the product page, sometimes we may miss an update.

* Bottle size: General bottle size for wine is 750ml and spirits 700ml.

* Alcohol level: While we always try to maintain the correct one on the product page, sometimes we may miss an update on new stock arrival or a wrong one may have been added. So the information on the website is not contractual if you want to make sure the current one we have, you can email or Whatsapp us directly.


Supply and Delivery

a. Subject to you complying with these Terms and acceptance of your Order by Infinitewineshop, Infinitewineshop will sell and supply the goods or services to you as shown on your Order confirmation.

b. If the goods that you have ordered are in stock Infinitewineshop will endeavor to dispatch orders within two (2) to five (5) business days (Monday to Friday).

c. Goods may not be available for immediate delivery. Infinitewineshop will deliver your Order to you within three (3) to six (6) business days from the date you placed your Order. Subjected to availability from the supplier.

d. When you complete your Order you will be prompted to select to have the Order delivered to an address specified by you

e. if Infinitewineshop gives you notice that it will be unable to deliver your Order within one (1) to five (5) business days of receipt of your Order, due to lack of stock, you may cancel your Order without charge, and Infinitewineshop will arrange for a full refund of any payment made by you to be processed.

f. Delivery dates are estimates only and we are unable to accept any liability for failure to deliver the goods within the specified time resulting from shipment/delivery delays from our suppliers.

g. If there is no one available to accept delivery on the pre-arranged delivery date, you will be charged for storage, transport and re-delivery costs

h. Should you arrange your own delivery or collection then the goods become your responsibility upon collection from Infinitewineshop

i. We cannot accept responsibility for delivery failures or delays by our third party delivery contractor.


Order Enquiries

If you have any query about the progress of your Order, please contact the Customer Service Team. Please have your Order number handy as shown on the email confirmation of your Order.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

a. If any goods ordered by you arrives damaged or is not of acceptable quality, you may have:

• rights under our Returns Policy.
• to have the damaged goods replaced

b. If your Order arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service Team.
