Nose

The first nose is very floral and gives off scents of feminine scent. There is little difference. Leave him a little time to open notes of candied almonds and oranges. The whole is dry, but with a little opening, notes of vanilla and honey counterbalance and round off the feeling of drought. We have here a rather complex nose, not easy to define. Taste

A light and dry texture, but with the body despite the reduction to 43%. Citrus fruits and some bitterness could be reminiscent of dark chocolate. Then we go on peppermint. We lose the sweet and delicate side of the nose. In the mouth there is something more rough and angular. I was expecting a rather easy blend, that's not the case! After a few minutes, you can even smell an ounce of smoke.
Finish

Rather long and dry on pepper and spices. Complex and pleasant.
