It is a 21-year-old blend that includes rare and mature malt and grain whiskies from the Johnnie Walker reserves, with some of the whiskies in the blend aged for over 30 years.

The ''XR'' in the name stands for ''Extra Rare,'' which reflects the rarity and exclusivity of the whiskies used in the blend. The whisky is presented in a striking black and gold decanter that is designed to reflect the luxuriousness and richness of the whisky inside.

Aroma: Light vanilla, honey, fruits and spice.
Palate: Citrus zest, ripened tropical fruits and caramel swirl within hints of tobacco and raisins.
Finish: Long, soothing and complex.
