TASTING NOTES 

Appearance:Hazy golden straw to light amber, naturally cloudy from suspended yeast. A towering, dense white head with excellent retention and classic Weizen lacing.

Aroma:Expressive yeast-driven aromatics lead the nose. Prominent ripe banana and soft clove are supported by light bubblegum and a hint of vanilla. Underlying bready wheat malt provides a fresh, doughy backbone. No hop aroma.

Flavor:Smooth and mildly sweet malt character up front with flavors of fresh wheat bread and light honey. Signature banana ester dominates the mid-palate, balanced by gentle clove spice and subtle citrus. Finish is soft, refreshing, and slightly dry with no bitterness or roast character.

Mouthfeel:Medium-light body with a creamy, pillowy texture from wheat proteins. Lively, high carbonation enhances refreshment without sharpness. Extremely smooth and highly drinkable.
